6. Any returns, deposits, winnings, or bonuses gained or accrued while the Duplicate Account was active will be forfeited and may be reclaimed by us. You must also return upon demand any funds withdrawn from the Duplicate Account.
7. All bonus offers are unavailable to players residing in Poland (PL), Sweden (SE), and Finland (FI).
8. It is forbidden to delay any playing rounds, including free spins and bonus rounds, until a time when you no longer need to meet the bonus wagering requirements and/or after making new deposits. If a player is suspected of such actions, we reserve the right to cancel all bonuses and any winnings acquired from them.
9. The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages is prohibited. For example, if bonus funds or cash funds are used solely to advance through bonus stages (e.g., collecting 9 out of 10 coins to unlock a bonus feature), and the final stages (e.g., collecting the final coin) are completed using cash bets after bonus funds have been forfeited, lost, or converted following wagering requirements, all winnings gained during that play may be declared void.
10. The maximum bet amount while the player has an active bonus is $10 or the currency equivalent, unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms and conditions for a particular promotion. This restriction applies to the entire game bonus rounds purchased within the game, and also to bets doubling after the completion of the game round.
11. In order to get any kind of bonus for a deposit, the player has to subscribe to it on the Cashier page by clicking on the Bonus card or by entering the Bonus Code in the designated field.
12. The minimum amount to get any kind of deposit bonus is $20 or the currency equivalent, unless otherwise stated in the bonus terms and conditions for a specific promotion.
13. If for any reason the selected deposit bonus did not activate after successful deposit, the player must seek assistance from the customer support team before making any bets. If the selected deposit bonus wasn’t activated and the player played with some or all of the funds, the bonus cannot be manually credited afterward.
14. The bonus amount will be placed into a bonus balance and will be kept separate from your cash balance. Upon cancellation of an active bonus, whether initiated by the player or the Company, and for any reason or ground whatsoever, any remaining funds in the Bonus Balance, including all winnings associated with or derived from the bonus, will be forfeited.
15. You can claim only one deposit bonus at a time. Deposit-related bonuses are not stacked. The player can have several different types of bonuses activated at the same time. The wagering of bonuses takes place in the same sequence as their activation: from the earliest to the last.
16. When playing with an activated bonus, the real money from the player's account is wagered first and only then the bonus money. For your convenience, we have separated the display of real and bonus balances in your Balance tab.
17. Any winnings that you receive while wagering any bonus will be credited to your bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus are fulfilled.
18. The bonus amount itself may also not be withdrawn until you have met the wagering requirements. In some cases, the bonus is non-redeemable, meaning that the bonus amount can never be withdrawn; such cases will be specified in the Bonus Terms and Conditions.
19. When you have met the wagering requirements, the amount in your bonus balance linked to the active bonus will be transferred to your real balance and may then be withdrawn at any time.
20. The Player cannot withdraw any sums in the Account's Real Balance if there are remaining funds in the bonus balance (the balance is considered locked by the bonus).
    Important notice: by submitting a withdrawal request, you automatically forfeit any funds in the bonus balance. Even if the payout request is canceled by our finance department due to one reason or another (e.g., fraud check, KYC requirements, etc.), bonus money will not be added back to your Bonus Balance.
21. All withdrawals will be subject to an internal audit before being processed. We reserve all rights to void Bonuses or any winnings for failed audits. The Player hereby consents in advance to the same.
22. If, upon such a review, it appears that a Player(s) are participating in actions, taking advantage of any software or system bug or failure, we reserve the right to revoke the player's entitlement to receive or benefit from any promotion and/or to withhold the payout of any proceeds resulting from such abuse.
